Studio Members and class packs must book classes online to reserve a spot. No walk-ins.
Please cancel or reschedule 12 hours prior to class start time, to avoid a $15 no-show fee.
Bring a towel and water (mats are provided).
All equipment is provided in-studio.

Move
A high-energy cardio fusion class that blends athletic movement and dynamic sequencing to elevate the heart rate and build endurance. The class transitions into a smooth yoga-Pilates flow, finishing with yoga-inspired movement to stretch, restore, and reset the body. High energy up front, grounding and focused to close.
Mat Pilates A low-impact, core-focused Pilates class that emphasizes controlled movement, stability, and total body strength. This class builds deep core strength, improves posture, and enhances muscle tone through intentional, mat-based sequencing.
Sculpt A full-body toning class designed to strengthen and define every major muscle group using controlled movements and higher repetitions. This class blends strength and mobility for a balanced, low-impact workout. Class format may vary and can be yoga-based, Pilates-based, or athletic-based.
Power Pilates A faster-paced, strength-driven Pilates class designed to build endurance and increase intensity. Expect continuous movement, athletic sequencing, and a deep full-body burn while maintaining control and precision.
