Studio Members and class packs must book classes online to reserve a spot. No walk-ins.
Please cancel or reschedule 12 hours prior to class start time, to avoid a $15 no-show fee.
Bring a towel and water (mats are provided).

Burn
A fast-paced high-energy workout that blends athletic cardio with controlled strength work. Expect nonstop movement, elevated heart rate, and a sweaty, full-body burn.
Pilates A core-driven, full-body, workout using clean, controlled movement to build strength, mobility, and deep muscle engagement. Contemporary, precise, and intentionally challenging.
Mat Sculpt A grounded, athletic sculpt class that blends Pilates-inspired mat work with strength-focused, high-rep sequences. Deep core engagement, powerful toning, and a steady, rhythmic burn.
Sculpt A high-rep, toning-focused class designed to define and strengthen every major muscle group. Expect controlled reps, targeted burn, and strong sculpted lines.
Yoga Pilates A balanced fusion of yoga flow and Pilates strength. Expect fluid movement, core-centered stability, and dynamic stretching that leaves you strong, mobile, and grounded.
