Studio Members and class packs must book classes online to reserve a spot. No walk-ins.
Please cancel or reschedule 12 hours prior to class start time, to avoid a $15 no-show fee.
Bring a towel and water (mats are provided).
All equipment is provided in-studio.
MAT Signature Pilates
Our signature core-focused class combining modern Pilates principles with strength, glute activation, and mixed tempos. Expect intentional movement, deep core burn, and high energy music that builds strength, stability, and long, lean muscles. Best for: Core Strength, glutes, posture, total-body sculpt
SCULPT Cardio Sculpt – Move fast – Lift ligt Feel the burn. Cardio Sculpt blends energizing cardio bursts with targeted strength training to tone muscles and boost endurance. Using light weights and continuous movement, this upbeat class keeps your heart rate high while sculpting your arms, glutes, and core. Best for: Fat burn, toning, energy.
DRIP Athletic Sweat – Turn up the music. Turn up the heat. Drip is our high-energy cardio and functional strength class built to push your limits and leave you drenched in sweat. Expect powerful intervals, athletic movement, and full-body conditioning. A full body sculpt class using light weights, high reps, and bursts of cardio. Expect glutes, arms, abs, and a lot of sweat set to high-energy music.
RESET Stretch + Restore Slow down. Lengthen. Reset. Reset is a restorative mat-based class focused on deep stretching, mobility, balance, and gentle core activation. Through controlled breathing and intentional movement, you’ll release tension, improve flexibility, and strengthen stability while reconnecting with your body. Best for: Recovery, flexibility, balance, mobility, stress relief.
FOUNDATION FUSION MAT + Sculpt Foundations Build strength, tone your muscles, and ignite your core. This MAT Pilates and sculpt fusion class builds the foundation for strong, confident movement. Through controlled Pilates principles and light sculpt work, you’ll improve balance, activate deep core muscles, and tone your entire body while learning intentional movement. Best for: Building fundamentals, core strength, balance, total-body tone
